Food is a major barrier when it comes to living a zero waste lifestyle. As a part of my #PlasticFreeJune challenge to help you with your #PlasticFreeJuly I am doing a food series.
I recently showed you how to do all your shopping waste and plastic free but now I’ll show you how I meal prep it too! Now I am the very first to admit that I am not the best cook and prefer basic meals because anything too fancy and I promise I will ruin it. So if you like me have minimal cooking skills then I highly recommend that you try out some of these!
I have to give credit because most of these recipes are inspired or altered versions from somewhere else. My two biggest recipe inspirations are Pick Up Limes and The Kindness Echoes. I highly recommend you check them both out. They are awesome!
